Grant A. Ramsey, Esq. is the Founder of Know CLM and a seasoned executive and attorney with deep expertise in legal technology and contract lifecycle management (CLM). With a unique blend of legal insight and enterprise leadership, Grant has held a range of senior roles across the software industry—including general management, sales leadership, product development, customer success, and strategic channel partnerships.

His core focus is helping organizations transform their legal operations through CLM, enterprise document management, and emerging technologies like Generative AI. Grant has advised companies at every stage—from high-growth startups to publicly traded enterprises—on how to align people, process, and technology to drive measurable business outcomes.

Before founding Know CLM, Grant spent nearly a decade practicing real estate and transactional law at Polsinelli and later at his own firm, representing developers, investors, and corporate clients in complex deals across the Midwest.

Grant holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.
