About Us

Grant A. Ramsey Esq., is the Founder of Know CLM. He is a seasoned executive and lawyer focused on the legal technology software space. Before starting Know CLM, LLC, Grant held a variety of executive roles for software companies, including general manager duties, sales leadership, product/solution creation and execution, customer success/account management, and value-added re-seller partnership/channel roles. His niche focus has been Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions and enterprise document management solutions (including Generative AI) for companies ranging from startups to multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies. Grant provides substantive Business and Management Consultant guidance at the enterprise level with a specialized focus on people first followed by process and finally legal technology.  

Prior to working in legal technology, Grant spent almost ten years as a real estate transactions lawyer at Polsinelli (www.polsinelli.com) and at his own firm. 

Grant received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
